These terms cover your use of rtxfury.xyz and the RTX Fury Discord and Telegram bots. They are written to be read, not to hide things. By using the service, you agree to them.
RTX Fury optimizes a video file so platforms such as TikTok are less likely to recompress it, and can help you post it. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or any other platform. What those platforms do with your video after you upload it is outside our control, and we cannot promise views, reach or a particular final quality on their side.
You sign in with Discord or Telegram and are responsible for the account you use and for keeping access to it secure. One account per person. We may suspend or remove access if an account is used to abuse the service, get around limits, or break these terms.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of your videos. By uploading one, you give us permission to store, process and convert it for the only purpose of returning the optimized result to you. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload it. Files are deleted automatically after processing, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Free accounts have a daily optimization limit and a maximum file size. Paid tiers include higher limits and larger file sizes, as shown on the Tiers page and enforced by the service. Limits reset daily and are counted per account. Creating extra accounts or altering requests to get around them is not allowed.
Paid tiers are supported through voluntary donations, collected by a third-party payment provider. Suggested amounts are shown on the Tiers page. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your country. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
All payments are donations, and all donations are final. No refund is given, for any reason, once a payment has been made.
Payments support the running costs of RTX Fury. They are voluntary donations, not the purchase of goods and not a prepaid service, so no refund, partial refund, pro-rata refund or credit is offered at any time.
This applies to one-time payments and to recurring payments already charged. It also applies to unused days, partial periods, a change of mind, or cases where a platform still compresses your video after optimization.
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided on a best-effort basis. Processing may queue during busy periods, and we may carry out maintenance, change features or take the service offline without notice. We are not liable for delays or interruptions.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the result will meet your expectations or that a platform will treat your video in any particular way.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost views, lost content or indirect damages.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on payments, refunds and liability continue to apply after your access ends.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
